DOES THE IMPERIAL ALLOW PETS?
Yes — dogs and cats are welcome at The Imperial, with a maximum of two pets per apartment. A pet weight limit and strict breed restrictions apply, so be sure to speak with the leasing team before signing to confirm your pet qualifies. WHAT’S THE PARKING ARRANGEMENT AT THE IMPERIAL?

WHAT LEASE TERMS DOES THE IMPERIAL OFFER?

WHAT’S THERE TO SEE AND DO NEAR THE IMPERIAL IN SANTA ANA?
